The closing reception of Solo: The Exhibition featuring the artist Nicholas Carvalho is scheduled for this Saturday, October 6, from
7p.m. - 10 p.m. A large and steady flow of gallery-crawlers enjoyed the exhibit last Friday night - it was a great evening to be out on the patio listening to music, and the artwork inside was fantastic. If you were one of the few that missed the opening on account of the myriad of other shows going on - you'll have another chance this Saturday evening.

Next Tuesday, Oct. 9 from 6:30pm to 8pm:
In conjunction with The Ulrich Museum of Art and KPTS Channel 8, Tangent Lab will be previewing the film "Romance," a part of the Art:21- Art in the 21st Century series. Admission is free and there will be refreshments, discussion, the preview and an opportunity to sign up for "Art:21" door prizes. Paul McKee will be leading a discussion on the film after it's completion. McKee is a 2008 MFA Thesis Candidate in Sculpture and Graduate Teaching Instructor at WSU.
