Upcoming event: 2012 Juried Photography Contest 5th Annual Photo Competition Opening Reception This Final Friday! January 27, 2012 7:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. Awards Presentation Starts at 9:00 p.m.

Visit Tangent Lab this Friday night for the opening reception of the 2012 Juried Photography Contest. Now in it's fifth year, the exhibit gives you the opportunity to view contemporary interpretations of our visual world through the photographic process. Fifty photographs selected by our juror will be hung in the gallery for the exhibit, along with an additional 50 images to be displayed electronically.

Awards will be given out at 9 p.m. for photographs that won recognition in their respective categories, and our juror Larry Schwarm will be on hand to share his thoughts on the images chosen for the show.

Coming up
In February Tangent Lab will host the exhibit 143 II - I Love You, Too. This will be the second edition of the popular fund-raising show, featuring dozens of artists and hopefully 143 pieces of art. A call for artists and more information is coming soon.
