Over Coming Gravity is a visual investigation into the natural phenomenon of gravity, nature and time. Jack Wilson will display several new 2D pieces and David Murano will exhibit a new suite of 3D pieces titled “collected poems from the pond”. Guest artist Emma Murano will show a series of paintings that explore the unique world of insects.
Join us at 10 p.m. for our 10@10 gallery talk series and hear the artists articulate the nature and inspiration of their work. Our musical guest will be Nikki Moddelmog, performing her gravity-defying feats of grace with her guitar in hand.
Coming Up
For the Final Friday in May, urban photographer Landon Taylor will be hanging his solo show in the gallery, coinciding with the completion of his Studio Arts degree at WSU. Expect large scale panoramic re-appropriated graffiti digital photographic awesomeness.
