With over 70 prints hung in the gallery, you'll be sure to find something you like at Tangent Lab this Final Friday. The exhibit Fresh Squeezed Ink opens on September 25 and features screen printed artwork from near and far.
WSU Printmaking students will be demonstrating the process of screen printing during the show between 8 p.m. and 10 p.m.
Jenny Wood will be providing live music after 8 p.m., singing her original songs in the gallery accompanied by guitar.
A limited edition 15" x 30" Fresh Squeezed Ink poster, designed by Jonathan Wood and printed by Prairie Print, will be available for only $10 during the exhibit.
A silent auction will be held for an "Out of this World, Baby" exhibit poster from 1996, designed by Wade Hampton and Marc Bosworth and signed by the 8 original members of the FDA.
Several posters and prints are priced between $20-$30, and we have duplicate copies of most of them, so you can take them home that evening.
Next month
Suicide Pie is the name for the artistic efforts of Dustin Parker and Greg Turner, opening at Tangent Lab the day before Halloween in October. You know this is going to be fun, so make plans to be here.
