Upcoming event: F.E.A.R. (Future Events Appear Real) Artwork by Katie Sykes, Ian Stewart and Michael Pointer Opening Reception Final Friday October 28, 2011 7 p.m. to 11 p.m. 10@10 Gallery talk starts at 10 p.m.

With a sense of trepidation and anxiety, the exhibit F.E.A.R. (Future Events Appear Real) opens at Tangent Lab this month. Organized by Katie Sykes, the show will include her work as well as the artistic efforts of Michael Pointer and Ian Stewart. Using photographic process, collage and multi-media installations to illustrate their vision, all three artists will challenge you with their interpretations of the theme of the show, exploring the subject of fear and the unknown.

Stick around for the 10@10 gallery talk, to hear what the artists have to say about their work. Starting at 10 p.m.
